There are a lot of reasons why spring skiing is awesome. One good reason is that the snow base is historically at its deepest of the season.
Also the half pipe is built and the terrain parks are at their peak and don't forget shorter lift lines and spring pricing on tickets and accommodation.

'WINTER IS BACK' Cumulative now 268cm (27.08.09)

Another 10cm in the last 24 hours which brings the 7 day to 62cm and Cumulative to 268cm. It has refreshed and reloaded the base just nicely in time for the the last weekend of August and set up the spring cover. The next 3 weeks could see another 3 or 4 snowfalls coming, fingers crossed we can have a 300cm season.

NOW ACCEPTING 2009 BOOKINGS

40cm of snow this week has put a buzz in the air, new stock is arriving and we're now accepting online bookings for the 2009 season. Snowmaking guns on Mt Perisher are ready to go (yellow poles next to double chair) and Lake Eyre is filling up (a good omen).

Retro ski day raises funds for charity

Well done to these lads who had their own retro ski day to raise funds for charity. Stopping by Jindy Snow they picked up snowblades to compliment their retro ski clothing.

We say goodbye to Snowblades in the rental fleet

After many years in the hire fleet 'Snowblades' have moved aside to make room for new products in our rental range. Still popular in Europe their presence on the Australian slopes have all but disappeared and responding to our customer requests we are happy to introduce 'Performance Snowboards' and 'Split Snowboards' to the hire fleet for 2013.
The lads in the photo above were having a retro day when they came in to hire snowblades (back in 2007).
